Export Customer Terms & Conditions

### 1. Scope These Terms govern all export enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and transactions between Eleven One and its customers. ### 2. Product Specifications Product quality, specifications, packaging, and quantity shall be agreed in writing prior to shipment. ### 3. Quotations All quotations remain valid for the period stated in the quotation and may be withdrawn thereafter. ### 4. Payment Terms Customers shall make payment according to the agreed payment schedule and contract terms. ### 5. Shipment Shipment timelines are estimates and may be affected by logistics, regulatory approvals, weather conditions, force majeure events, and other circumstances beyond Eleven One's control. ### 6. Inspection Customers may appoint inspection agents before shipment where applicable. ### 7. Limitation of Liability Eleven One's liability shall be limited to the value of the affected transaction. ### 8. Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control. ### 9. Governing Law All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
